Gym Briefing
***Bod Pod Partner Challenge***
-Start Date: February 13th and the challenge will last 8 weeks
-Initial Bod Pod Testing: Log on to www.arizonabodyfattesting.com to register for your initial bod pod test. Testing will be done at the gym on either Feb. 12th or Feb. 13th.
-Cost: $80 per partner ($80 pays for your first and second test)
-What’s measured? Your team is ranked by how much body fat percentage lost throughout the 8 weeks together.
-Prizes: 1st place is a free month each, 2nd place is half-off a month each, and 3rd place is a free t-shirt.

—2019 CrossFit Open—
The 2019 CrossFit Open is right around the corner! Starting Feb. 21st we will do 5 workouts over 5 weeks that push us to the next level. Sign up to test your fitness with your friends in the gym and people around the world! CBCF will be hosting Friday Night Lights for every workout at our gym where friends and family can cheer us on. If you have any questions please ask a coach, you can register at https://games.crossfit.com We also need judges! If you are signing up for the open you should take the judges course as well. The more people that have their judges certificate the more it helps Coach Matt and Rob :). Its also a great refresher on the standards of movements which helps all levels of athletes, you can register for that at https://oc.crossfit.com
