-You can go to any class to complete the workout
-Scores must be entered into Wodify the day of
-Guy and Girl divisions

-Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 26th) Schedule:
*5am, 6:30am, and an 8am classes
*Friday the 27th there will be open gym from 8am-12pm.

400 Meter Run, 80 Wallballs (20/14)
400 Meter Run, 80 Power Snatches (75/55)
400 Meter Run, 80 Pull-ups
400 Meter Run, 80 Overhead Squats (65/45)
400 Meter Run, 80 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
400 Meter Run, 80 Thrusters (75/55)

Both Partners run together, all other movements one partner is working at a time.
