Our friend and workout partner, Traci Brimhall, passed away January 5, 2021. Traci put up a good fight. She literally fought all the way until her last moments. Traci taught a lot of us a lot of things, but most of all she taught us what it means to have a “chosen” family! We are all lucky to have had her in our lives for the time we did. If you didn’t have the chance to meet her, her spirit will still be lingering in the gym! She saw and felt all of the love, that’s what kept her alive as long as she was! She’ll be wearing her crossfit shoes in heaven. Cheers to Traci!
