Member Events
August 17th: Mount Humphrey Hike (Flagstaff)
Hike: Trail begins around 9,200 ft in elevation, elevation gain is about 3,420 ft in elevation with the hike being around 9 miles out and back.
Carpool: Meet at the gym at 5:30am, leaving at 6am. If you are not carpooling meet in the lower level parking lot of Snowbowl where the trail head is. Hike will start at 9am. Please do not be late, it is hard to coordinate if people are all over the place.
What to bring: Water bladder with plenty of water and snacks to eat along the way. Hiking sticks might not be a bad idea too. We will eat after the hike in Flagstaff before we head back.

August 24th: Desert City Classic Worm Tour Workout. The 8am class on this day will be a partner workout with a worm. 7am and 9am classes will be regularly scheduled programming. Workout will be posted ahead of time. NOCCO will be here passing out drinks for all of the classes that day and Modern Wellness will be at the gym with cold tubs.
