When: Feb 27th – Mar 17th
The Open: 25.1 Scores are due today at 5pm PT! You must submit your scores to the games website by today at 5pm PT. If you redo the workout you have to withdraw your first score and put your new score in. Make sure to put your scores in to help your team!

Friday Night Lights will be February 28th, March 7th, and the last one on March 14th. Friday Night Light workouts will be starting at 6:30pm on Fridays during the open. Show up early to get into heats please.
***There will be no 6pm classes on Fridays during the CrossFit Open because of Friday Night Lights.

3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads*
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
