March Yoga: The 21st, 10:15-11:15am

26.2 is LIVE! Don’t forget to submit your scores to the CrossFit Games website by Monday at 5pm.

The last Friday Night Lights will be this Friday, March 13th. Friday Night Light workouts will be starting at 6:30pm on Fridays during the open. Show up early to get into heats please.

 

***There will be no 6pm classes on Fridays during the CrossFit Open because of Friday Night Lights.
